Graduation Project Description
In Sep. 2005, we went to Beijing doing the research for our graduation project “communication between Chinese and European people” in order to build up a bridge which enable the communication easier and feasible.
First of all, they went to universities and other public places and talked with different people, they found out there are some things very interesting in China:
1. The communication between European people and Chinese people at the present is more about official communication. There is no so many opportunities given to the ordinary people to come together and get know each other.
2. Many young people think about go aboard to continue their study when they graduated from the university.
3. Some cannot go because the financial problem or their English is not good enough yet. They want to contact with European people so they can improve their language or know more about Europe.
4. Many university students try to attract foreigners in sightseeing places in Beijing, some of them want to improve their English by dialog, more than earn money, but it is illegal since the security reason, because they are not belong to any organization so no one is responsible for tourists’ security.
On the other hand, in Denmark, some Danish friends want me to introduce Chinese local people to them, because they will visit China by themselves, they are interesting to meet some Chinese people and see their daily life.
So our idea is to build up an organization to connect these 2 groups, so they can know each other easier and safety.
Secondly, we narrowed down our target groups, China: Young people who are high level educated and have special knowledge. Europe: people who want to adventure China by themselves (not following a turist group and have no friends in China yet.)
